The table with its surface carpeted with green frabic was completed with 4 chairs fitted in each side of the table.

There lay many small rectangle blocks of plastic with inscriptions intricately carved on one side of the block before the cracks were filled with dashes of colour.

The blocks collided with each other and continued to be manipulated in a clockwise direction, giving off a crisp sound of wood crackling over a fire.

In minutes, the blocks are lined up in an orderly fashion like how NPCC boys would. Bodies leaned nearer to the blocks and the game begins.

"Peng!" I exclaimed trimphantly and snatched up the 'zhong' mahjong tile that was thrown out by one of my opponents before revealing 2 more of the identical tile.

YES!

I found my new love of playing mahjong! And would like to thank my dearest cousins for teaching me how to play!

Its like the funniest game ok, knocking games like Monopoly or Scramble or Risk (If I knew how to play) off the fav game chart list!

Edited* I mean fun-est game, not funniest as in hahahohohehe funny.

Seriously, just 'penging' really makes me satisfised while 'zhuaing' makes me even extremely satisfied.

Siting down with 4 other companions and absorbing the oh-so-enjoyable atmosphere of cussing and swearing when your mahjong tile takes like eternity to come; or quarreling and squabbling over the correct and accurate way of playing mahjong as 4 people have 4 different points of view.

I really love playing mahjong now even though I just learnt it and you have the right to call me a noob.

However,

I cant freakin find like 3 other available idiots to play with me!!!

All day long, I can only satisfy my 'cravings' by playing Wahjong on viwawa.net. How pathetic is that.

Which leads me to this.

Her name is Olivia.

On the eve of New Year, she said this

"Need to meet up before we take O level results and play mahjong together!! OK!!! ON AH!!! JASMINE WE GO YR HOUSE PLAY!"

Oh, so what has become of that?

Erm...the results will be next mon and its already a friday. So that means...one, two...3 more days, including today, to meet up for mahjong.

Well, my phone has remained stale for the past one week and Im still waiting. Its difficult to contact her as her phone is spoilt, and I tried contacting her fwens but they fail to return my calls.

So I reckon that she has disappeared from the face of the universe.
